- Power Spray Outside foundation of home, base of walls, granite. with Cyper TC .03% and Inside baseboards, behind appliances, in front of door sweeps with D-Fence SC .06% Target pests are Ants, Cockroaches, Crickets, Earwigs, Scorpions, Spiders and others. (up to 3500 Sqft inside) Add $10 per 1,000 sqft for bigger homes.

- Flea/ Tick Treatment - $150

Fleas/ ticks hitch a ride on our pets inside our homes.
Flea/ tick treatment requires treatments done 2 weeks apart until they are eliminated. This kills the Fleas/ ticks and their offspring. - Fly Baiting - $120
- Spray all entry points, walls, patio, around the pool area with fly bait.
Termite Control
- VA WDIIR Termite Inspection - $85
- A comprehensive termite inspection and WDIIR report for your home. Report will detail any signs of infestation and termite vulnerabilities. If termites are present, we'll provide treatment options to fit your budget and schedule.

- Use Termidor HE (.125%) to treat for Subterranean Termites. Apply termiticide to the footer of the house including the garage and any concrete that touches the footer of the house.

- We go through and seal the exterior of your roof to stop and rodents from gaining access to your attic.
Gopher Elimination
- Gopher Treatment - $300

We come out for 3 visits, each visit is 1 week apart and then after the last treatment was performed. We warranty our work for 30 days after the last treatment was completed.
We only use the H&M PERC gopher machine.
Bee/ Wasp Elimination
- Bee / Wasp Elimination - $200
- Eliminate the bee/ wasp hive.
