We will perform an extensive termite inspection of your home and if we find termites, we will include a bid for treatment.

Real Estate Termite Inspection (WDIIR) - $125

We will perform a detailed termite inspection and provide you with a WDIIR when we are all done.

VA Termite Inspection

We will perform a termite inspection and provide a WDIIR report for the lender.

Mosquito Fogging

Mosquito Fogging (Small Yard) - $75

Mosquito fogging should be done every 2 weeks during mosquito season.
(up to 8k sqft yard)

Mosquito Fogging (Big Yard) - $100

Mosquito fogging should be done every 2 weeks during mosquito season.

Rat/ Mice Baiting

Mice/ Rat Inspection - $99

Inspect area for paths the rodents can be coming in, set (2) traps.

Gopher Elimination

Gopher Treatment - $299

We will use our exclusive (PERC) machine to pump carbon monoxide into the tunnel. Our price includes the initial plus a follow up in approximately 2 weeks to ensure success. We warranty this service for 30 days after second service. Some restrictions apply.

Bee/ Wasp Elimination

Bee / Wasp Elimination - $200

A pest control specialist will locate and exterminate a hive causing a bee problem. Our price includes extermination only, hive removal may need to be done by a contractor after treatment is performed.
