Termite Control

Free Termite Inspection - $0

We will perform an extensive termite inspection of your home and if we find termites, we will include a bid for treatment.

Real Estate Termite Inspection (WDIIR) - $150

We will perform a detailed termite inspection and provide you with a WDIIR when we are all done.

VA Termite Inspection

We will perform a termite inspection and provide a WDIIR report for the lender.

Mosquito Fogging

Mosquito Fogging - $100

Mosquito fogging should be done every 2 weeks during mosquito season.
(up to 10k sqft yard)

Rat/ Mice Baiting

Mice/ Rat Inspection - $149

Inspect area for paths the rodents can be coming in, set (2) traps.
Additional traps are $15 each

Gopher Elimination

Gopher Treatment - $150

Using our exclusive P.E.R.C. (Pressurized Exhaust Rodent Control) machine, we safely deliver carbon monoxide deep into the tunnel system to eliminate gophers at the source. Service is billed hourly, with any time beyond the first hour discounted to only $100 per additional hour.

Bee/ Wasp Elimination

Bee / Wasp Elimination - $200

Our licensed pest control specialists will locate and treat active bee hives to eliminate the infestation safely and effectively. This service includes bee extermination only. If the hive is located inside a wall, attic, or other structure, hive removal and any necessary repairs may require a separate contractor after treatment has been completed.
